Items such as drawer slides, pantries, hardware and other items that exceed the cart weight will require additional charges.  In addition, Orders that exceed certain length, weight or durability restrictions may require shipment via common carrier freight (truck). Additional transportation charges may apply and customers will be notified prior to shipment.

Note: Orders shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Guam or the US Virgin Islands will ship UPS 2 Day Air and additional charges will apply.

For other States UPS Next Day, 2-DAY & 3-Day Air options are available however, the shipping charges will be greater than the ground rate calculated online.  Please note this service increases your shipping time only and does not include normal processing time of 2-5 days for in stock merchandise.

For faster shipping, you may type your request in the Comments section when placing an order.  Specialty Supplies will quote the appropriate air charges before shipping.   Upon customer approval, a separate transaction will be authorized for the freight difference along with your online order.

Orders for in-stock items are generally processed within 1-4 business days.  Non-stock items may be drop-shipped and require a processing time of up to one week or more.  In the event of a backordered item, Kitchen Cabinet Parts Direct will attempt to contact the customer via email or telephone to inform them of the backorder status and estimated due date of delivery.
